Lower ground floor part width rear extension in matching facing brickwork with flat walk on tiled roof and external metal staircase, change window openings on the rear elevation, replace all windows with new double glazed timber windows, add roof windows to the main house's butterfly roofs, minor internal reconfiguration of layout and other minor associated works
