Proposal:

Part demolition of existing building structure, replacement of building façade, extension at roof level, provision of external terraces and internal changes to enable deep retrofit and refurbishment of the existing office building. Works to provide additional floorspace, with office (Use Class E(g)) floorspace on upper floors and flexible commercial, business and service (Use Class E) and Sui Generis (drinking establishment with expanded food offer; and leisure games venue with associated bar and food offer) floorspace on lower floors. Ancillary works to include replacement plant, reconfiguration of existing servicing and parking space, landscaping, interface works with existing public realm and associated works
