Temporary permission (5 years) to extend the R-Urban Poplar site comprising change of use of 4 existing garages (Use Class B8) to studio workspaces (Use Class E(g)(i)), erection of a community sauna, polytunnel and raised bed planters for food growing on top existing hardstanding/parking spaces, erection of new timber decking, gates and fencing and creation of a micro-forest garden.
