Proposal
Renovation of the existing Cheshire Barn with minor alterations to accommodation at first floor level including new roof lights, bin store to rear, replacement of rotten timber doors and external decking. Renovation and internal remodelling of the Coach House and change of use to use class C1 (hotel/guest house) creating 5no bedrooms in support of the function suite at the Cheshire Barn with associated alterations to elevations and demarcation and resurfacing of the car parking, landscaping and associated development thereto.
