Proposal:

Observation to another local authority (Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham) for the complete demolition of existing buildings and structures and the comprehensive redevelopment to provide a mixed-use scheme comprising the creation of housing (Use Class C3) (274 homes, including affordable homes (extra care home units and general needs units)), and non-residential floorspace (2,038sqm) comprising commercial, business and service floorspace (Use Class E) and Local Community and Learning floorspace (Use Class F1 a/b and Use Class F2) in new buildings ranging from 5 to 13 storeys with basement, public realm works and other ancillary works including works to the Chelsea Creek wall, and new access arrangements from Lots Road.
