Proposal
Erection of two storey side extension.The proposed side extension would have a dutch gable roof form (similar to the main dwelling), would be set 1m back from the original front wall and would be measured 3.98m in width, 2.508m in eaves' height and 6.224m in height at the highest point. The proposed development would also incorporate the formation of an obscure glazed first floor window (3.85m above the ground level) to the original side wall.
