Proposal
A hybrid planning application (part full and part outline) for a phased and severable development comprising: 1. Full planning permission for 437 residential dwellings (Use Class C3); associated new vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access; landscaping and public open space including play and ancillary facilities; sustainable drainage system; associated utilities; and cycle and car parking; 2. Full planning permission for a pedestrian/cycle bridge; 3.
