Part two / part single storey extension to existing clubhouse to provide additional social space, accessible toilet facilities with baby change, WC facilities to replace existing free-standing toilet cabin, kitchen to replace existing free-standing cabin. First-floor extension to create additional social space, ancillary store/ laundry and coverage over the existing external stairs. Retrospective planning for first floor viewing gallery incorporated into the new design. Construction of extension to existing parking area.
