Change of existing public house use (sui generis) to hotel (Class C1) for the provision of 17 hotel rooms and front-of-house space. Creation of lightwells to the front of the property and installation of new railings, insertion of new lower ground floor front elevation and alterations to the ground floor front elevation. Demolition and reconfiguration of the rear lower ground and ground floor levels. Installation of new windows and doors throughout the property and installation of an air source heat pump with associated enclosure at rear first floor flat roof level. (AMENDED DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT - plant re-located from main roof to rear first floor flat roof)
