Partial demolition, refurbishment, and extension of the existing building to provide a basement, ground plus seven storey building; replacement facades on the west and east elevations; lightwell alterations; installation of plant equipment at basement, ground and roof level; terraces at 1-7 floor levels; new cycle parking facilities; servicing bay; and associated external works. Use of the building for retail and/or office use (Class E) on basement and ground floors, and offices (Class E) on all upper floors.
