Full width rear extension at lower ground floor with terrace above and spiral stair; full height double glazed door and a new window across the lower ground floor elevation; new balcony spanning the width of the property at raised ground floor level at the rear, with a new stair from balcony to garden level; new glazed door within the closet wing rear elevation at raised ground floor; new glazed door to the terrace from the house at raised ground floor; new timber sash window within the closet wing; new railing and glazed door for terrace above closet wing at first floor - second floor half landing level; modifications to the mansard roof to accommodate photovoltaic panels and plant equipment; modifications to the front lightwell including replacement of the metal railings at ground floor and inclusion of a gate; new doors and windows to the lower ground front lightwell; and landscaping works to the rear garden.
