Proposal:

Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved for the phased development of up to 191.16 hectares at ‘land north east of Worcestershire Parkway Railway Station’ (Town Centre). Works to include necessary demolition, site clearance and engineering works to create development platforms; the provision of residential development (C3) including senior living (C2/C3) and a hotel (C1); the provision of mixed use floorspace (E, F1, F2 and compatible sui generis uses); education facilities including primary, secondary, post-16 provision and a SEND school (F1); delivery of green and blue infrastructure including a Community Park, woodland, strategic sports provision, parks and recreation grounds; the creation of an internal transport network with connections to the surrounding highway, cycle and pedestrian network, to include a link to the A44 and safeguarding land for a new all modes bridge to the town centre and an active travel pass under the B4084; the retention/stopping up/diversion of existing public rights of way and creation of new routes; and all associated works including connections to existing power and waste network.
