Conversion of two flats back to a single family dwellinghouse. Works to include removal of internal partitions and removal of the first floor kitchen (Phase 1). Single storey rear extension, a roof extension involving hip to gable end with rear dormer, 2 no front facing roof lights, installation of new SVP to side elevation, demolition of chimney stack at roof level, new ground floor side elevation window and replacement windows to match existing (Phase 2) (Phase 2 to commence when phase 1 completed)
