Amalgamation of two flats to create a family home, the replacement of a two-storey lean-to extension and removal of the existing external staircase, enlargement of the existing roof dormer, reinstatement of entrance portico, fitting of new light tunnels and high-level windows to basement, the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump, bin store and cycle storage in the garden and other associated external alterations and remedial works. Internal alterations proposed include lowering of the basement floor level, internal layout changes and associated alterations and remedial works.
