Proposed Conversion of Agricultural Buildings to form 2no. new dwellings and additional fenestration to facilitate that use. Internal works to include removal of staircase and addition of new staircase, new flooring, removal of some external and internal walls/roofing. Minor works to existing residential garage/store. Associated hard and soft landscaping.
