Alterations to the roof of existing single storey ground floor front extension (retail unit) to include, installation of a new rooflight, reinstatement of an existing rooflight, installation of sedum roof, and installation of an air conditioning unit; installation of a new shopfront and a new residential entrance door with a fanlight above, to replace existing; installation of French doors with window panels and formation of a balcony to replace the existing window, to the rear elevation at ground floor level; excavation of part of the existing front basement including installation of a walk on rooflight above, to increase head height and use as a habitable room.
