The tree is about house height, maybe higher and is very top heavy. It is about 8m from the back of Rogers house, leaning away, but will cause damage to 2 of the neighbours properties. There is a lot of movement in the tree, and there is an exposed root, which is now splitting, and the earth around the base of the tree is now raised and broken. There are a lot of walnuts on the tree causing it to be even heavier.
